Please read this delivery information carefully before placing an order with us.
We operate from our design studio, which is not a retail location, therefore we only do deliveries.
We deliver balloons, balloon bouquets, candy snack gift baskets, balloon decorating and balloon décor to the following cities listed below.
Balloon delivery information also includes balloon decorating service available in these cities in Texas – Irving, Dallas, Southlake, Colleyville, Coppell, Hurst, Grapevine, Bedford, Euless, Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Grand Prairie, Arlington, parts of Fort Worth
When we are making residential deliveries, we try to provide a surprise delivery. You must provide us with a phone number to reach recipient or someone who will be able to accept delivery. We contact recipient on another number and tell them we have a surprise delivery for them from you and arrange a delivery time. A delivery time is arranged because if we attempt to make a delivery and no one is available we cannot leave the delivery unattended. If no one is home a second delivery fee will be charged.
We only deliver mylar balloon arrangements to hospitals. Some hospitals will not allow us to take the delivery to the patient. Once the delivery is left with the hospital we are no longer responsible. We do contact the hospital to make sure the patient is still there before making the delivery. If the patient has been discharged and a home delivery is arranged there will be another delivery fee. If the patient has been discharged at the time of the delivery, no refund is given.
We can’t deliver balloon bouquets to public schools for a student unless you arrange it and you must give us the name of person who authorized it for us to check before allowing you to place the order. Most schools will hold the order in the office until the end of the day and they are responsible for the order once we deliver it and to notify the student of the delivery.
Deliveries to college students in class is not permitted the delivery must be made directly to the student or someone on the student’s behalf. Deliveries to office locations will be provided between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm, Texas is undergoing a major street and highway renovation currently therefore we can’t guarantee a certain time. If we delivery to a work place and recipient is not at work that day, item will be left and considered delivered. Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
If you are requesting a same day delivery of balloons or gift basket, there is a special fee of $25 if you want it there by a certain time in addition to gift amount. We will only accept a same day delivery if we believe our schedule will allow us to complete and deliver item. To avoid this additional fee place orders ahead of time or don't request a time for delivery.
Please make sure you read this delivery information carefully. If you are having your event at a location other than your own please check to see if they allow helium balloons or balloons in general because not all venues do.
Check to see if we can get in the location a day earlier or what time can we access the location. Generally we need at least 2 hours to decorate, unless it is something small.
We don’t do take down of balloon jobs that is your responsibility, unless you request and pay an extra fee for this service. We do balloon setups between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday – Friday any other hours by request will incur an additional charge. Saturday 9:00am - 6 pm. Sunday delivery and setup is a special order and must be arranged prior to date and incurs an additional cost of $100.
We no longer do same day deliveries, but sometimes our schedule does allow it. If a same day delivery is requested for balloon decorating there is a $100 fee on top of order.
We make every effort to be on time but if we are more than ½ hour late we will provide a refund of 75% of the cost of job if delivery is not accepted.
If you request a same day delivery we can't guarantee a time. We can only give you an approximate time frame as our schedule allows.
We deliver balloons and candy snack gift baskets to recipient or someone who can accept delivery. We are not able to leave item at door or outside.
We must have a phone number to arrange a time for delivery with someone at that location if it is a residence.
Our minimum order for balloon decorating is $300. Delivery and set up is a separate fee. We travel up to 30 minutes from our Irving, TX location for any deliveries. Two or more budget balloon bouquets must be ordered for delivery.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Orders must be paid in full before delivery and setup. Delivery charges are based on distance of delivery.
Once a balloon delivery or gift basket delivery has been booked there is no refund unless the order is cancelled within 10 minutes. Decorating jobs can only be cancelled within 10 days before the event and a refund will be given. If a decorating job is not cancelled within 10 days of event a full refund can’t be given because supplies have been purchased for your job. If you have a color change, there is a $30 change fee.
